How to Request AL CARE

  1. Visit Help Desk IT infra
  2. Select Submit a request (Top Right Corner)
  3. Select the "AL Care Request Form" form
  4. Select Care ModuleEnter Subject
  5. Enter Description
  6. Enter Activity Log/Attachments
  7. Submit Tickets

 

How to View AL CARE Activity

  1. Visit Help Desk IT infra
  2. Select Sign in (Top Right Corner)
  3. Please "Sign in" using your corporate email
  4. Select Profile (Top right corner)
  5. Select "My Activities"
  6. Select the submitted ticket based on ID / Subject
  7. Showing AL Care Activity
